I ascend to my high places by the Hands of the Almighty

Prayers

1.   Rock of ages, the stone that cannot fail, take me to my high places in the name of Jesus.

2.   Rock of ages, the stone of Israel, defeat my enemies and give me permanent victory in the name of Jesus.

It is my prayer that:

The Rock that never fails, our Lord Jesus Christ will not fail you, you will not be disappointed, you will not know shame in the name of Jesus.

Text: Genesis 49

22“Joseph is a fruitful bough,
A fruitful bough by a well;
His branches run over the wall.
23The archers have bitterly grieved him,
Shot at him and hated him.
24But his bow remained in strength,
And the arms of his hands were
[g]made strong
By the hands of the Mighty God of Jacob
(From there is the Shepherd, the Stone of Israel),
25By the God of your father who will help you,
And by the Almighty who will bless you
With blessings of heaven above,
Blessings of the deep that lies beneath,
Blessings of the breasts and of the womb.
26The blessings of your father
Have excelled the blessings of my ancestors,

May your arms (your prowess, health, finances, business, career, position etc.) be made strong by the Hands of the mighty God of Jacob in the name of Jesus.

May the strong hands of the Lord, as strong as a rock, strengthen your hands in Jesus’ name.

What is a stone?

Hard solid non-metallic mineral matter of which rock is made, especially as a building material.

Some of the qualities of a stone include:

Density.

Strength.

Hardness.

Toughness.

Resistance to Fire.

What is a Rock?

A large mass of stone forming a cliff, promontory, or peak.

Some of the qualities of rock are as above for stones.

The Stone of Israel, our Rock, lifts up His own. May He lift you up in the name of Jesus.

Jesus is our stone, we should not reject Him, but allow Him to be the Lord of our lives.

The Bible states in Matthew 21: 42Jesus said to them, “Have you never read in the Scriptures:

‘The stone which the builders rejected Has become the chief cornerstone.
This was the Lord’s doing, And it is marvelous in our eyes’?

The stone can grind every evil opposition to powder and render them powerless

Mathew 21: 43“Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a nation bearing the fruits of it. 44And whoever falls on this stone will be broken; but on whomever it falls, it will grind him to powder.”

The Hands of the Almighty lifts up and establishes at a level that the enemy cannot touch you.

In 2 Samuel 22: The Bible states:

32“For who is God, except the Lord?
And who is a rock, except our God?
33[h]God is my strength and power,
And He makes
[i]my way perfect.
34He makes [j]my feet like the feet of deer,
And sets me on my high places.
35He teaches my hands [k]to make war,
So that my arms can bend a bow of bronze.

The Rock, our Lord Jesus Christ, will be your strength and power in the name of Jesus.

The Rock strengthens, may He strengthen you and yours in the name of Jesus.

The Rock will quicken your steps, grant you divine speed for accomplishments by making his feet like the feet of a deer.

May God quicken your steps and grant you divine speed for glorious accomplishments in the name of Jesus.

The Rock teaches your hands to make war and have victory.

May you not be defeated in the battles of life. May you emerge victorious in Jesus name.

The Rock strengthens you to do the impossible. A bow of steel was bent by the Psalmist, thereby enabling Him to do the impossible.

May the hands of the Almighty strengthen you to do the impossible in Jesus mighty name.
